It is sufficient with the repetition of the simple work by the memory, if it is a simple routine work that was unformalized like assembly lines in a mass-production process. However, many work on the real world require specialized knowledge and force a user refer a manual. In this research, a work ranges desktop inspections for electronic circuit boards. This kind of electronic inspection work requires the deep knowledge and observation regarding electronics. The purpose that demonstrated by being constructing a support system and take up such work is in the following points.
All of a manual information is stored in a computer to construct to work environment that does not require specialized knowledge. A user does not need to memorize a manual and to refer that takes the correspondence between a figure and a target. A supporting environment prevents workers' failures that which come from their misunderstanding and mistakes by using visual presentation of instructions and automatic confirmation by the environment.
