Testee were twenty graduate students who were not familiar to electronic circuits.. The same work was carried out by two groups; using the printed manual and using the proposed system. A print circuit board shown in Figure 5 is a target work object. Lead pins of some ICs are chosen as probe points of an experimental inspection. The circuit board had two pieces of variable resistances and four DIP switches as target parts to be inspected. The experimental inspection procedure included twelve processes; adjusting the resistance which branches according to measured value of the resistance and turn on/off the DIP switches.
