Haptic Display for Impulse Force using Linear Solenoid
Introduction
In recent years, the technology of virtual reality has spread widely, and recearch of Mixed Reality technology which involves the overlay of a computer-generated virtual world over a real world base has been developing briskly. However the research on the force display which bears an important role for bringing an actual feeling to a virtual object has just been attached to the start. The authors propose the device which generates reactive force of the direction of a certain axis, and describe a construction of
the virtual billiards
as application example.
