1.Introduction
Recently,it is possible to show 3-D images of organs from medical
images obtained through modality such as ultrasound X-ray CT, and MRI.
This is very useful for making a diagnosis andplan of operation. From
this thing,it can be said that it is very useful to visualize organs.
In this paper,skin is made target,I will reconstruct 2-D images of
skins and try to visualize a structure of skins.
2.High frequency ultrasound imaging
Table1 shows the Scanning Condition of 2-D High frequency ultrasound
imaging.
The imaging Size 292*200 pixel
The resolution 25 um/pixel
The space of slice 75um
The imaging Depth 8 bit
The number of slice 50 numbers
3.3-DHigh frequency ultrasound imaging
The section images of the skin, all the 50 sheets of slices were
given, and the three-dimentional images of skin was reconstructed.
This time , images was put and composed in every two sheets.
We can show the Stratum comeum, epidermis, dermis. Fig.2 Fig3.
4.Future Work
This time,skin could be grasped from all angles by the
three-dimensional reconsutruction of the two-dimentional ultrasound
images.
therefore,it found out the state of skin.
It becomes possible that each organization of skin ispresented,and
being useful for the diagnosis of the disease and the early detection
such as a cancer is considered by this ways.
Every day we catch ultraviolet rays from the sumbeam.these ultraviolet
rays accumulate in the skin layer,and there are the cause of a cancer
and a spot bifore noticing them. If we can visualize a product made by
these ultraviolet rays,the melanin,it is important to know our hezlth
state of skin.
So it is useful to visualize a elemint in each layer.
Next I will try to visualized the images of eyes.
