This research assumes that a target object to be inspected is an electronic part. These electronic inspection works usually need to use several electronic measurement instruments, for example tester, synchroscope, logic analyzer and so on. These instruments are having various kinds of user interface with historic reason. If the worker use them constantly, it is difficult thing to remember how to use them. We propose virtual electronic measuring instruments by AR technology. It is able to compose measuring instruments virtually on the PC's display, when the results by online measuring through an analog interface of the PC is displayed graphically with the computer graphics and add analog.
